- 1 Jar of Curry On: Salsa
- 2 tbsp of Sweet Bourbon Glaze
- 1 lb of shredded chicken
- 1 cup Basmati or long grain white rice
- Cook rice until done and set aside.
- Cook your chicken to desired doneness and shred.
- Mix together 1 Jar of Curry On: Salsa, 2 tbsp of Sweet Bourbon Glaze, and shredded chicken in a large skillet over medium heat. Mix thuroughly and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve over warm rice and enjoy!
