Out of this World Dip Mix - No Salt Garden Vegetable
One day, a basket of cruciferous plants decided they wanted to make a heart-healthy garden vegetable dip mix. They took their former pal salt out and told him to take a hike–they needed to keep the sodium low in this one. Luckily, the dip still tastes amazing, even without salt’s presence. Add a little dairy from the refrigerator and this favorite from our pantry of dip mixes becomes a delicious garden vegetable cream cheese dip in a snap.
Classic Garden Vegetable Dip: Stir together dip mix, 1 cup real mayonnaise, and 1 cup sour cream.
Lite Garden Vegetable Dip: Stir together dip mix and 2 cups reduced-fat sour cream or plain non-fat yogurt.
Extra Cheesy Garden Vegetable Dip: With a mixer, beat together dip mix, 8 oz softened cream cheese and 1/4 cup milk.
Always chill your dip for 1-2 hours before serving for the best flavor.
