Deep earthy notes from chipotle peppers blend with applewood smoked red jalapeños to evoke the essential elements of ancient barbecue: earth, smoke and heat. Sweet apricots and tart tomatillos balance things out and compliment the bright citrus notes, while cilantro and cumin add herby complexity.
