Ingredients
- 3 Cups shredded Chicken
- Sauce Makers Reserve: Chipotle Garlic
- 12 Wonton wrappers
- ½ Cup Cream Cheese (softened)
- ½ Cup Ranch dressing
- Red Eye Rooster Hot Sauce or Rooster Reaper Hot Sauce (depending on spice preference)
Instructions
- Marinade cooked shredded chicken in Sauce Makers Reserve: Chipotle Garlic for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Spray a 12 cup cupcake/muffin pan with non-stick spray (or grease the pan). For each muffin cup, lay a wonton wrapper over the top and press it into the cup, lining the sides and bottom. Bake in the oven for approximately 8 – 10 minutes or until the wrappers are crispy and slightly browned. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
- In a bowl, combine cream chesse, ranch and chicken. Evenly distribute this mix into the 12 cups of the cooked wonton wrappers.
- Bake again for 10 minutes or until thuroughly warm.
- Drizzle Red Eye Rooster or Rooster Reaper over the top and enjoy!
