Smoky roasted veggies

- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 squash, cubed
- 1 large white onion, large cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cubed
- 1 green bell pepper, cubed
- 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
- The Great Canadian Steak Seasoning
- Chocolate Habanero Hot Sauce
- Grill safe skewers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together your cut veggies and olive oil. Toss until thoroughly coated.
- Add in 3 tablespoons of The Great Canadian Steak Seasoning and 2 tablespoons of Chocolate Habanero Hot Sauce (add more or less to taste). Toss until evenly coated.
- Add vegetables to a skewer and alternate veggie when adding.
- On a medium heat grill, add marinaded skewers. Grill for 5-8 minutes a side or until vegetablesare softening or browning on the edges.
- Serve with your favorite grill dish and enjoy!
