Pulled Pork

- 1 to 1 1/2 pounds of pork shoulder for small slow-cooker/crockpot, or 3 to 3 1/2 pounds for a large slow-cooker/crockpot)
- 1/2 Onion
- 3 Cloves garlic
- 1 Pepper Palace BBQ Sauce
- 1 or 2 cups of water (enough to cover the meat)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Trim the fat and cut the pork shoulders into quarters.
- Place the pork shoulders into your slow-cooker/crockpot.
- Add 1/2 onion, 3 cloves of garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover with water, and place top over slow-cooker/crockpot.
- Cook overnight on medium/hot heat for about 7-8 hours, or until the meat is tender enough to easily be shredded with a fork.
- Once meat is cooled off, shred the meat and set it aside.
- Save about 1 cup of broth.
- In a nonstick large sauce pan, pour your favorite Pepper Palace BBQ Sauce.
- Bring it to a simmer and add your pulled pork, stir, and simmer for 20-30 minutes. (add broth if too dry) Mix well.
- Serve warm with fixings like homemade coleslaw and cornbread.
