Ingredients
- 2 dozen chicken wings
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 can (15oz) sliced peaches - drained and chopped finely
- 1 bottle Pepper Palace Mountain Q Select Hot Whiskey BBQ
- 2 TBSP honey
- 1 TBSP Pepper Palace Serrano Lime Hot Sauce
- 2 TBSP Pepper Palace Southern Peach and Vidalia Hot Sauce
- 3 cloves Pepper Palace Spicy Pickled Garlic, minced
- 4 tsp corn starch
- 2 TBSP cold water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together black pepper, salt, peaches, Hot Whiskey BBQ, honey, Serrano Lim Hot Sauce, Southern Peach and Vidalia Hot Sauce and Spicy Pickled Garlic cloves until combined.
- Place wings into a slow cooker and pour the peach mixture over them.
- Cook, covered, on low temperature setting for 4 to 6 hours until chicken reads an internal temperature of 165°F.
- In a small bowl, whisk together corn starch and water, add to the wings in the slow cooker, and stir to evenly distribute.
- Cover and cook an additional 15 minutes to thicken the sauce.
