Most Excellent Bloody Mary Chili

Order all ingredients




  • Brown the beef in a large pot or Dutch oven and drain off any excess liquid or fat.
  • Add the spices and stir thoroughly before adding the Most Excellent Bloody Mary Mix, salsa, and water, stirring to combine.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil then reduce the heat to a simmer. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, combine masa and a bit of hot water and stir until smooth. Add this mixture into the chili to help it thicken.
  • Once the chili has reached the desired consistency, remove from heat, add all of your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
