Ingredients
- 1 full rack of ribs
- 1 container Pepper Palace Coffee Rub
- 36 oz Dr. Pepper
- 2 cups Pepper Palace Mountain Q: Honey Habanero BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup Pepper Palace Wing Master – Mango Habanero
Instructions
- Coat the ribs generously in Coffee Rub and place in a large plastic bag or container. Pour Dr. Pepper in and let marinate in the fridge for 8 to 12 hours.
- When ready to cook, preheat grill to 180°F.
- Remove the ribs after marinating and re-coat with Coffee Rub. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil and place on grill for 3 to 4 hours until an internal temperature of 160°F and remove. Turn the grill up to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix both the Mountain Q: Honey Habanero BBQ Sauce and Wing Master – Mango Habanero Sauce together and lay some down on a new piece of foil, laying the ribs on top of the sauce and wrap tightly.
- Place back on the grill for 45 minutes or until an internal temperature of 200°F and remove from the grill, let stand for 10 minutes. Slather with the remaining sauce and enjoy!
