BBQ & Wings

BBQ Sauce consistencies and base ingredients vary in different regions. Most common bbq sauces use a base of tomatoes (like our Mountain Q line), mustard (South Carolina Style, baby!), or vinegar (North Carolina Style). Molasses, honey, chile peppers, herbs and spices round out the flavor profiles. Most are thick so they can be 'slathered' on food like chicken, pork, and ribs.

Wing Sauce gets it's name from mostly being used on chicken wings. The term "Buffalo Sauces" originates in Buffalo, NY where butter and cayenne pepper sauce were mixed to make the first wing sauce.. We have come a long way with wing sauce since then, especially when crazy people like us make
