Pepper extract is typically used to protect crops from pesky pests, to control crowds in a riot, and to create mouth-meltingly magical hot sauces. We use pure capsaicin extract to make some of the hottest hot sauces in the world. These extreme hot sauces are sure to blister your lips and burn your butt- only true chili-heads can handle this heat.

What Does Pepper Extract Taste Like?

Pure pepper extract is flavorless, so it can be added to any recipe without changing the flavor. We wouldn’t recommend trying it for yourself, though, since the heat level can be agonizing. Instead, we like to add a dash of pure pepper extract to some of our hottest hot sauce recipes to boost the heat while keeping the signature sauce flavors that you love.
