If you’ve never tried the elusive black raspberry before, now is your chance! Not to be confused with blackberries, these drupelets are the great white buffalo of fresh fruit. Being the equal opportunists that we are, we paired them with some of our favorite hot peppers and gave them a lead role in our raspberry habanero jelly so everyone can have a chance to experience these scrumptiously sweet berries. Use this raspberry habanero jam to make a grown-up PB&J or spread it over biscuits for a sophisticated breakfast. However you smear it, this pepper jelly is sure to be your new favorite.
