While “tomatillo” might mean “small tomato” in Spanish, our Tomatillo Avocado Salsa delivers muy grande flavor. We started with tomatillos and avocados for a fresh, full-bodied base, then mixed in spicy serrano peppers to increase the heat for this hot salsa. Last (but certainly not least), we sprinkled in some cilantro, garlic, lime, and a few other signature spices to round out the flavor for one mouthwatering mash-up we can’t get enough of.
